Socomec participates in a huge number of trade fairs, conventions and seminars around the world. To help close sales at these events, the company wanted an app that could improve the customer’s experience with the salesperson.
Better’s design team set to work developing a web app that could be used on a tablet, or transferred to a larger screen at the event stall.
As the prospective client talked to Socomec’s representative, the app could be tailored to the customer’s requirements, building a custom user journey which would provide the relevant information. This could then be immediately sent to the customer, keeping the information fresh in their mind.
With the help of the web-based app, Socomec found their sales process became much more streamlined. The ability to provide information instantly helped Socomec’s representatives to close sales or establish connections that would have been forgotten about without the app.
