Kelly Hoppen’s team required help with finessing the strategic direction of their online profiles and what to do next. The primary goal was to improve the e-commerce website – although the shop was hugely popular, the website did not generate as many conversions as expected.
Better’s strategy involved a combination of analytical and visual fixes:
