Working with an international team of managers to improve the company’s digital asset management system.
Background
BCG felt that their digital asset management system could be more effective and easier to use. Better was recruited to design and develop a new user experience and design interface, which would improve user efficiency and speed up many formal processes in the long run.
Strategy
Working closely with the marketing team, Better gathered feedback from BCG’s head office and department managers around the world to pinpoint areas for improvement. Armed with insightful user experience data, the design team created a new visual layer which would be placed over the existing system.

Results
BCG reported that the new interface employed by Better’s team was more accurate, efficient, and much easier to use. They also commended the improved compatibility of the system across multiple platforms and devices. This system has now been implemented across the company.
