Developing a long-term plan for the iconic car manufacturer’s employee incentive programme.
Bentley developed the Kidston Club, a global web platform which listed every Bentley dealership in the world. The purpose of the platform was to incentivise dealers to drive conversions and compare sales statistics with other dealerships.
Better helped with the running, maintenance and support of the Kidston Club. A three-year plan was also put together, based on users’ feedback suggestions and areas for improvement.
Established in 1919, Bentley is a British manufacturer of luxury cars and SUVs. Based in Crewe but recognised all over the world, the automobile company strives to push the boundaries of luxury and performance. Bentley is also known for winning the prestigious 24 Hours of Le Mans race six times.
